4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. No Investment Advice

Profit estimates are calculated using published market data and standard fee assumptions. Actual results vary. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to violate any third-party marketplace's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service code, branding, and curated data belong to ProfitScan Global. Listing data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of any specific listing, or the availability of any deal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitScan Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
